Support Options

StoreTender is sold through a network of Certified Resellers, who are thouroughly trained to support their customers. If you have a technical issue, please contact that Reseller directly. They are familiar with your software and hardware set-up and are best suited to assist you.If contacting your Reseller isn't possible, of if you prefer support directly from Aloha Data Systems, we offer telephone and remote assistance support contracts. Support plans are priced per location and start at $695 and up annually (price based on number of POS stations installed per location). Plans are for 12 months and are automatically renewed.If you prefer to forego an annual contract, telephone support can be provided on a per-incident basis. This type of support is available Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) from 7 am to 5 pm PST. The cost is $195 per incident.

As a Certified Reseller, you will be trained at our Las Vegas, Nevada facility. You will learn how to sell, install, support and train end-users with StoreTender. Additionally, you will be given an introduction to the wide array of peripherals certified to work with StoreTender.
